A full, creamy wine with rich TASTES and textures. Of high quality, created by the method of care on yeasts in wooden barrels, the so-called sur lie method. We transfer the must to wooden barrels and leave it in them until the fermentation process has passed, followed by aging for one year in the same barrels. This method initially requires mixing the yeasts on a weekly basis. Over time, this procedure is performed less often, and with it, with intensive mixing of the sediment, a wine with a rich taste and top quality is obtained. The aromas of butter, crusty bread, toasted hazelnuts and croissants are predominant in it, and the taste is balanced and long-lasting.
