1. These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to the sale of products
published on the website www.cossetto.com.hr. By using the website www.cossetto.com.hr, the Customer confirms that he/she is familiar and complies with the General Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Purchase. The General Terms and Conditions and Terms of Purchase are deemed to be fully accepted by making an order. The Holder of all rights on the website www.cossetto.com.hr is OPG Alfredo Cossetto, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
2. The Terms of Service regulate the terms and conditions for Customers and refer to the use of the website www.cossetto.com.hr. By using the website, the Customers express their compliance with the General Terms and Conditions and agree to use the website www.cossetto.com.hr in accordance with them. We instruct Customers to familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions before making a purchase and to check them regularly in order to be aware of all rights and obligations.
3. The right to use the website is a personal right of the Customer and cannot be transferred in any way to other natural or legal persons, nor is any User authorized to register other natural or legal persons.
The Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Customer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment of making an order for the product.
5. The Customer can only be an adult and a legally competent person. An Agreement may be concluded in the name and on behalf of a minor and a completely legally incompetent person by their legal representatives or
guardians, and partially legally competent persons may conclude an Agreement only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The Seller shall not be liable for any act contrary to this provision.
6. The Customer is personally responsible for protecting the confidentiality of passwords in places where they exist. The User is obligated to provide accurate, complete and valid personal data when filling out the registration form. Otherwise, the Seller has authorization to deny such User access to or realization of all or part of the services offered by www.cossetto.com.hr.
7. The Customer is aware of the fact that sometimes there are interruptions in service provision, or events that are beyond control and accepts that the Seller shall not be held liable for any data loss that may occur during the transmission of data on the Internet. The Customer agrees and accepts that access to the website may sometimes be interrupted, temporarily unavailable or disabled.
8. The Seller reserves the right to remove or amend the content of the General Terms and Conditions, product range, product price or the content of the website www.cossetto.com.hr at any time and without prior notice, if the Seller deems it necessary. Therefore, the Customers are obligated to review the content of the General Terms and Conditions before accessing the website www.cossetto.com.hr. The Seller shall not be held liable if the Customer acts contrary to the stated in the previous sentence. These amendments shall take effect when published on the website www.cossetto.com.hr.
9. The Customer shall use the website www.cossetto.com.hr exclusively at his/her own risk. The Seller shall not be held liable for any damage that may have occurred during the visit to the website www.cossetto.com.hr due to illegal actions of third parties, computer viruses, interruptions in the communication line, unauthorized access, inappropriate behaviour, negligence and other events for which the Seller is not responsible. The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of circumstances that prevent the use of the website www.cossetto.com.hr. The Terms and Conditions of this chapter shall apply to the entire content of the website www.cossetto.com.hr.
10. The Seller completely waives any liability regarding the accuracy and/or completeness of all data and content contained on the website www.cossetto.com.hr. and reserves the right to make errors in the description and images of the products set for sale according to the manufacturer's information. All content contained on the website is posted to make it easier for the Customer to make a choice when making a purchase. We shall be not be held liable for any unintentional errors.
11. The website www.cossetto.com.hr places all materials, photos and text on the website in good faith in order to make it easier for the Customer to make a purchase. The website www.cossetto.com.hr shall not guarantee that the photos of the product completely correspond to the appearance of the product itself. We shall not be held liable for possible unintentional errors in the product description. There may be differences between the actual product and the product photo as well as the product described on this website, if the manufacturer changes any of the characteristics or content regarding the product. All descriptions are verified regularly and in detail.
12. The Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette “Narodne Novine” Nos. 41/14, 110/15) applies to these General Terms and Conditions.

The meaning of terms stated in these General Terms and Conditions:
The Seller – OPG Alfredo Cossetto, Roškići 10, 52464 Kaštelir, Croatia. www.cossetto.com.hr – website owned by the Seller.
The Customer – any person who, after reviewing and selecting a product or service, has registered their data and ordered a product or service, and any person who uses the website www.cossetto.com.hr for the purpose of purchasing products advertised on the website or obtaining information regarding a particular product on the website.
Using the website www.cossetto.com.hr – access to the website cossetto.com.hr in order to obtain information regarding the content of the website and/or the realization of a purchase.
Online shopping or web store – making a purchase of a product through the website www.cossetto.com.hr.
Products – all products that are featured on the website www.cossetto.com.hr,
which can be purchased through the web store.

Payment on the website www.cossetto.com.hr is executed in EUR. Prices are retail, expressed in EUR and include VAT.

Payment via bank transfer/general payment slip or Internet banking

After the purchase is completed, a confirmation of your order shall be sent to your e-mail address. Employees of www.cossetto.com.hr Internet stores shall contact you if needed. By payment executed via a general payment slip, the User must fill in the following information on the payment slip:

Upon receipt of payment, we shall send you the ordered products. The ordered products are delivered to the Customer in accordance with the Terms of Delivery.

Delivery area
Delivery is made exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

Delivery method
Delivery is made by the Seller through hiring a reputable delivery (courier) service.
Delivery is made via a transport company that provides transport services – GLS.
The products shall be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by regular handling during transport.

When collecting the product, the Customer is obligated to check for any damages and immediately report any existing damages to the courier who delivered the goods, i.e. refuse to collect the package on which external damage is visible. The Customer is obligated to sign the bill of lading or delivery note when collecting the goods, and the delivery service shall consider it a confirmation of collection.

Delivery price
The minimum amount for the order is 40,00 €. Delivery price is 7,00 € for orders up to 150,00 €. Delivery for orders over 150,00 € is free.

Delivery time
We accept orders 0-24h. Delivery of the product is made after the payment is visible on our account.

All User data are strictly stored and are only available to employees who need this data to perform their job duties.
